Which insurance plans do you accept?
We work with most major dental insurance providers in Ontario. If your provider isn't on our list, call us — we can still typically process your claim.
What does 'direct billing' mean?
Direct billing means we submit your insurance claim directly to your insurer. You don't have to pay upfront and wait for reimbursement — you only pay your portion at the time of your visit.
What if my plan doesn't cover a treatment?
We'll let you know before any treatment begins exactly what's covered and what your out-of-pocket costs will be. No surprises.
Can I use both spouses' insurance?
Yes — if you have coverage under two plans (coordination of benefits), we can bill both plans to maximise your coverage.
Do you accept the CDCP?
Yes. We are a proud CDCP participant and direct bill the Canadian Dental Care Plan for eligible patients.
How do I apply for a payment plan?
Simply ask our front desk team at your appointment or when calling to book. We'll walk you through the quick setup process.
What if I have insurance AND need financing?
We coordinate both — your insurance covers its portion and you finance only the remaining balance, interest-free.
Is there a minimum treatment amount?
Payment plans are generally available for treatments over $300. For smaller amounts, we can discuss options at your appointment.
Can I pay off the plan early?
Yes, you can pay off your balance at any time with no prepayment penalties.
