Dr. Shilpa Vij Sharma
DDS, B.Sc (Biochemistry) & M.Sc (Neurochemistry) · University of Toronto
Dr. Shilpa Vij Sharma joined Dr. Finewax's practice in November 2015. She grew up in Markham and studied at the University of Toronto for her B.Sc in Biochemistry and M.Sc in Neurochemistry, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Following graduation from dental school in 2008, Dr. Shilpa Vij Sharma associated in downtown Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton areas. She is very empathetic and truly cares for her patients. She believes in educating her patients so an informed decision is made about the treatment. She always takes continuing education courses to keep abreast of new developments in dentistry. She loves to work on children and offers general dentistry services including Invisalign for all ages.
Dr. Elizabeth Chisholm
DDS with Honours, University of Toronto · BMSc, Western University
Dr. Elizabeth Chisholm grew up in Keswick, Ontario and attended schools in Newmarket and Toronto. She studied Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences at Western University (BMSc) before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery with honours from the University of Toronto. Elizabeth is passionate about providing an exceptional dental experience, partnered with the highest quality dental care for her patients. Her core values are kindness, integrity, and excellence, and she treats patients as she, herself would want to be treated — with compassion and accountability. Elizabeth enjoys treating patients of all ages and from all walks of life. While she loves every aspect of dentistry, Elizabeth has special interests in oral surgery as well as restorative and aesthetic dentistry. She loves to educate patients about the importance of oral health and its relationship with overall well-being. She considers her patients' happiness and gratitude to be the most rewarding aspect of her job. When she is not helping patients maintain their oral health, Elizabeth enjoys time outside, painting, travelling, and can be found cycling along the beautiful shores of Lake Simcoe!
Dr. Zainab Dawari
DDS, University of Melbourne · Graduate Diploma & BHSc, Western University
Dr. Zainab Dawari earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Melbourne after completing a Graduate Diploma and Bachelor of Health Sciences at Western University. Dr. Dawari enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their dental care. Known for her warm and friendly approach, she takes the time to listen to her patients, answer questions, and ensure they feel fully informed about their oral health and treatment options. She strives to create a relaxed and positive experience for every patient she sees. Dr. Dawari's passion for dentistry began at a young age after a memorable experience with a pediatric dentist who inspired her to pursue the profession. Outside the clinic, Dr. Dawari enjoys reading, swimming, and reformer Pilates. She is also fluent in Farsi/Dari and enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Julie has more than 20 years of experience in dental services and has lived and worked in Newmarket all her life. She is a busy mom of 2 boys who love to play Softball and Hockey. Her family loves the cottage life and spending time on the water.
Michelle
Michelle has been with our office for more than 25 years. When she is not at work, she likes to keep busy by going to the gym, cycling, skiing and playing soccer!! She loves to eat, cook and bake!!
